Abi and Dave are great! I am a current tenant in one of their properties. I thought the move in process was very professional, while comfortable and easy at the same time. Any issues that have come up since the move, both Abi and Dave have been very fast to respond with urgent action, which has been great. I feel that they have really considered me as a tenant when preparing this property in terms of overall design, furniture and cleanliness. In the many properties that I viewed, before I found this one, the landlords did cheap renovations and left cheap/old furniture for the tenants so I could tell that their only interest was making every penny that they could from having tenants there. My property was freshly painted, new well designed bathroom, a good new bed and even a few kitchen utensils to help me get started. Overall the property had a sense that they cared about the people that stayed there, which is very hard to come by in such a competitive property market. I would highly recommend A&D Knight Properties to anyone looking for something in the area.”
